In the online event with the participation of micro, small, and medium businesses and startups, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of SMBDA Zaur Gardashov, Director of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center Mammad Karimov, and the Agency’s official Humbat Abdullayev provided information on the existing startup supporting mechanisms, including the Startup Certificate, its advantages, the procedure for applying for a certificate, and the required documents.
