The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) operates KOB Friend offices in nearly 50 cities and districts across the country. Acting as KOBİA’s regional representatives, SME Friend officers also serve as business guides for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs and individuals planning to start a business can contact the SME Friend office in their area of residence to obtain information and advisory support for launching entrepreneurial activities and developing their businesses, as well as to seek assistance in resolving business-related challenges. SME Friend offices also facilitate entrepreneurs’ engagement with government bodies and other organizations, and support networking with local and international partners.
