The results of the “2021 Enactus Azerbaijan National Competition” held with the joint partnership of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), the Union of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations, the “Support to Youth Education” Public Union, and “Enactus Azerbaijan” and general sponsorship of bp Azerijan company were summed up.

 

The Baku Higher Oil School became the winner of the competition. The Sumgait State University and the Azerbaijan State Economic University teams ranked second and third, respectively.

 

The winning teams received awards.

 

The winning team will represent Azerbaijan at the Enactus World Cup, which will take place on October 14-21.

 

Recall that the semi-finals of the “2021 Enactus Azerbaijan National Competition” were held on August 25, where the jury gave tickets to the final to 4 teams: the Baku Higher Oil School, the Baku State University, the Azerbaijan State Economic University, and the Sumgait State University. In the final held on August 26, the teams presented their projects to the “Enactus Azerbaijan” Board members and answered their questions.

 

Enactus is the world's largest experiential learning platform developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders and social innovators. To achieve these goals, Enactus creates opportunities for young people to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, implement their business, educational, and social projects, as well as promotes entrepreneurship. Currently, teams from about 35 countries represent their countries and universities at the annual Enactus World Cup.
