On September 10-12, the “ADAMUN” Youth Forum arranged by the ADA University Model UN Club (ADAMUN) was held in partnership with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA).

 

The event, arranged in a hybrid format with the participation of over 30 young people, included panel discussions concerning the youth policy, pieces of training, and presentations on various topics. The event also discussed issues of promoting youth entrepreneurship, expanding their knowledge and skills in this area, and developing business thinking. The SMBDA’s employee Natig Heydarov made a presentation on the “Youth employment and entrepreneurship support”.

 

At the forum, 8 youth teams of 4 people each presented project proposals for solving youth problems to the expert Jury. The Jury selected the three best teams with the highest results, which were awarded by the organizers. SMBDA offered an internship program and training package to the distinguished participants.

 

The event was also supported by “PASHA Life Insurance” OJSC, “Azerfon” LLC, the Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Security (DOST Agency); also, some active youth organizations took part in the event as partners.
