The President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of SMEs 09.06.22

President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mohammad Shakil Munir and members of the chamber visited the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA). During the meeting with the Chairman of the Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov, the sides exchanged views on cooperation and joint efforts of the two institutions in this direction. It was noted that the study of best practices in supporting SMEs and expanding the geography of cooperation with relevant agencies is one of the main activities of KOBİA. It is also planned to expand cooperation with Pakistan in the field of SMEs.

The meeting also discussed cooperation between businesses and the implementation of joint projects. It was noted that the implementation of mutual business missions could be useful for cooperation between businesses.

The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Haye and President of the Pakistan Azerbaijan Economic Cooperation Chamber (PAKAZCHAM) Khurram Bhatti.
