On July 15, the final stage of the "Rise" competition was launched at the Baku Expo Center. On the first day of the final stage, the management group of the competition gave a speech in front of the finalists on the topic "Modern Challenges and Formation of Human Capital".


Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), who made a presentation at the event, shared his views on the development of human capital, KOBİA's activities and experience in this field.


Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics Adalat Muradov, Chief Executive Officer of "Pasha Holding" Jalal Gasimov and Head of Shamakhi District Executive Authority Tahir Mammadov also spoke at the event.


It should be noted that 116 participants who successfully completed the previous four stages of the competition compete in the final stage. The final stage will end on July 17. The participants who successfully pass this stage will have the opportunity to receive personal career advice from top managers of large companies and heads of state institutions, be included in the personnel reserve bank, and receive a cash prize worth 20,000 manats within 1 year.
