SMBDA met with the UAE Minister for Entrepreneurship and SMBs 01.11.21

The chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) Orkhan Mammadov met in Dubai with the United Arab Emirates state minister for Entrepreneurship and SMBs Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi.

At the meeting, it was stressed that Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates attached great importance to the development of the SMB sector, the support mechanisms used in this area, and the work done. At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the opportunities for expanding cooperation between the business entities of the two countries, noted the prospects for holding joint events in this field by the SMBDA and the relevant ministry, and the business opportunities of our country, including the territories liberated from occupation. At the meeting, issues of creating cooperation platforms that would unite businessmen from both countries were also discussed.
