More than 31,000 services were provided to entrepreneurs in SME houses 15.07.22

In the first half of 2022, Khachmaz and Yevlax SME houses provided 31,317 services to entrepreneurs. 12,347 of these services were provided by "Khachmaz SME House", and 18,970 by "Yevlax SME House".

29,750 of the provided services are government-to-business ("G2B"), and 1,567 are business-to-business services ("B2B").

Entrepreneurs who applied to the SME house mostly applied for tax issues, issuance of certificate of origin and utility services. The rate of satisfaction of entrepreneurs with the services of SME houses is 98%. It should be noted that the level of satisfaction with the services provided to entrepreneurs by Khachmaz and Yevlax SME houses is measured on the spot for each service through an electronic system.

It should be noted that two SME houses are currently operating in the cities of Khachmaz and Yevlakh. The main advantage of SME houses is that entrepreneurs receive business services in a single place, thereby saving time and operating costs, and the level of service provided to entrepreneurs can be measured.
