Interactive meeting under the theme ““Human Development in Focus – MeetUp” was held at the initiative of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), with the support of Pasha Holding, and organized by the National Education Technologies Center and the Development Corporation.
This event dedicated to the theme of “Joint Global Business with national values” was organized in order to promote human capital development.
During the panel-format event, representatives of public and private sector institutions delivered speeches and held discussions on various topics, including the establishment of systems and policies aligned with national values within companies, the integration of incentive mechanisms with core values, behavior codes that embody these values, training and corporate culture, HR practices promoting value-based recruitment, as well as the development of values through personal growth, mentoring, and voluntary learning.
Participants were also presented with the book “Azerbaijani Business Culture”.
