In this regard, at the UN Headquarters in New York with the organization of the International Council on Small Business, and with the support of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Industrial Development Organization(UNIDO) and others conference was held on "Sustainability and Reconstruction: SMEs for Sustainable Development".

It was noted that SMEs in Azerbaijan, as well as around the world, contribute to employment, economic growth and sustainable development. SMEs account for 99% of entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan. Orkhan Mammadov informed about the activities of KOBİA, measures taken to support SMEs in our country and support tools.
