During the citizen reception, applications from entrepreneurs regarding new business initiatives and their implementation, sales support, and other areas were heard, and discussions were held on possible solutions.

Another citizen reception was held at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA). As part of the reception, entrepreneurs’ appeals across various fields were heard, and detailed discussions were conducted on resolving the issues raised and the types of support that may be provided by the Agency.

The Agency listened to entrepreneurs’ concerns related to the challenges they face, new business initiatives and their execution, sales support, coordination matters, and other directions, and provided on-the-spot clarifications for several of the inquiries.

Some of the matters raised during the reception were taken into proceedings for joint examination with the relevant state institutions. The implementation of the appeals will be kept under supervision, and entrepreneurs will be informed of the outcomes.
