In the first half of 2025, nearly 260,000 services were provided to entrepreneurs through SME Houses. Of these, approximately 170,000 were delivered by the Baku SME House, around 54,000 by the Yevlakh SME House, and close to 34,000 by the Khachmaz SME House and its service center located in the city of Khudat.

More than 232,000 of the services were provided by government agencies (G2B), while over 24,000 were delivered by business entities (B2B).

Entrepreneurs most frequently applied to SME Houses for services such as obtaining transportation permits, distinctive signs, certificates of origin, taxpayer registration for individuals, as well as for tax, customs, utility, and other related procedures.

During the reporting period, new services were also made available to entrepreneurs at SME Houses.

The level of satisfaction among entrepreneurs with the services provided at SME Houses stands at 98%.

It should be noted that SME Houses are unified service centers where business-related services are delivered to entrepreneurs based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, and client satisfaction. Currently, SME Houses offer a wide range of essential services—from business registration to development—including licensing, permits, taxation and customs procedures, access to concessional financing, utility connections, banking, insurance, notary services, and more.

In total, more than 400 G2B and B2B services necessary for business operations are provided by nearly 50 public and private institutions at the Baku, Khachmaz, and Yevlakh SME Houses. SME Houses operate under the structure of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).
