The enquiries received by the Call Centre mainly concerned the services provided at SME Houses, the establishment of business and support instruments for the development of entrepreneurship.
In January–June of the current year, 4,649 calls were received by the KOBİA Call Centre via number 131. The enquiries mainly covered the services provided to entrepreneurs by state and private organisations at SME Houses, support measures for the establishment of business and the development of entrepreneurship, the "Startup" Certificate, the Investment Promotion Certificate, preferential financial support, business activity in the territories liberated from occupation, as well as other issues related to the areas of activity of KOBİA.
The majority of the enquiries were responded to in real time, while, on issues requiring examination, the relevant information was provided by the relevant structural divisions of the Agency.
The main share of the enquiries received by the Call Centre accounted for the city of Baku. The remaining enquiries mainly came from the Guba-Khachmaz, Lankaran-Astara, Central Aran, Ganja-Dashkasan and Sheki-Zagatala Economic Regions.
It is possible to make a direct call to the KOBİA Call Centre via number 131 from a landline telephone from any region of the country. The Call Centre operates in real time without interruption from 09:00 to 18:00 on official working days stipulated by the legislation.
