Siyazan entrepreneurs were informed about the state support mechanisms.
Entrepreneurs operating in Siyazan district discussed issues related to the establishment of a wool processing enterprise, the development of beekeeping and poultry farming enterprises, as well as preferential loans and the provision of subsidies with representatives of state institutions. At the meeting held in Siyazan with the organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), an exchange of views was conducted within the framework of state–business cooperation on more efficient use of the district’s economic potential.
At the meeting organized with the support of the Siyazan District Executive Authority, around 90 business entities operating in the fields of agriculture, poultry farming, livestock, public catering, and trade, as well as representatives of state institutions providing support and services to entrepreneurs, participated.
At the event, Head of the Siyazan District Executive Authority Novruz Novruzov and Chairman of the Management Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov provided information on opportunities for business development and investment in the district, as well as on the state support instruments. It was noted that there are broad opportunities for the development of tourism, services, and logistics sectors in Siyazan. The industrial and agricultural potential of the district allows for the expansion of processing and packaging areas. It was also stated that such meetings are important in terms of developing mutual cooperation and support systems, and that entrepreneurs should be active in such meetings.
During the meeting, entrepreneurs voiced their proposals and requests regarding issues and needs of interest to them. The questions of entrepreneurs were answered, and it was stated that the raised issues would be examined by the relevant bodies.
As part of the visit to Siyazan district, KOBİA representatives also visited a plastic products manufacturing enterprise.
