In July, 131 Call Center received about 350 applications 04.08.22

During July 2022, 131 Call Center of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) received 343 applications. The applications were mainly related to the support from the Agency for starting and expanding business, participation in exhibitions, "Startup" certificate, preferential financing, business establishment in the liberated territories, SME house, etc. 12% of the incoming calls were made by business entities operating in the fields of service, 8% of handicrafts, 8% of agriculture, 5% of production, 3% of trade, 1% of education, etc.

Most of the applications were from Baku city, the rest came from Gazakh-Tovuz, Nagorno-Shirvan, Shirvan-Salyan, Ganja-Dashkasan, Absheron-Khizi, Lankaran-Astara, Karabakh, Guba-Khachmaz and other economic regions.

In total, 2494 calls were received to 131 Call Centers of KOBİA during January-July of this year.
