International training for entrepreneurs and managers on “Economic cooperation” under the Joint German-Azerbaijani Program for raising the qualifications of managers working for Azerbaijani companies has come to an end. Entrepreneurs and managers operating in the food and service industries were awarded international certificates in an online format.

Note that at the online training performed in May-July by experts from the “AHP International” German Training Center, entrepreneurs and managers have received information on international management practice, acquired practical skills in this area, and got support in establishing relations with German companies.

After the end of the pandemic, entrepreneurs and managers who have successfully completed the course will go to Germany for a week.

For information, note that the "Joint German-Azerbaijani Program for raising the qualifications of managers working for Azerbaijani companies" is being implemented under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany. On the Azerbaijani part, the program is coordinated by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) under the Ministry of Economy, and on the German part – GIZ. To date, 467 entrepreneurs and managers have used the program. Due to the pandemic, the training course is being held online. Entrepreneurs and managers wishing to participate in the program can apply to SMBDA.
