On October 20, the 1st Azerbaijan International Exhibition "Restoration, Reconstruction, and Development of Karabakh" – "Rebuild Karabakh" started working at the Baku Expo Center.

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) is among the organizations supporting the exhibition and represented there with a special stand. The SMBDA’s stand accepts applications from local and foreign businessmen interested in investing and implementing business projects in the territories liberated from the occupation. The stand also posts an information board on applications received by SMBDA in the appropriate field. For information note that to date, SMBDA has received more than 800 applications from entrepreneurs wishing to build a business in the territories liberated from the occupation, about 240 of which have been submitted by foreign investors from 30 countries. The Agency's stand has also created appropriate conditions for holding meetings between local and foreign businessmen interested in collaboration.

The SMBDA stand also provides information on the souvenir manufacture and greenhouse facility founded in the village of Jojug Marjanli of the Jabrayil region with the joint support of SMBDA, TUIB, and TIKA, as well as preferential state loans provided to entrepreneurs by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy.

The exhibition demonstrates effective products, projects, and solutions for the development of Karabakh. The "Rebuild Karabakh" exhibition will run until October 22.
