ADB is interested in private sector financing in Azerbaijan 05.02.20

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a meeting with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) private sector financing mission visiting our country.

At the meeting, the information was provided on the state support mechanisms for small and medium businesses (SMBs), as well as the activities of SMBDA, implemented projects and programs, and it was highlighted that expanding the SMBs' access to financial resources is one of the Agency's priorities. At the meeting, exchange of views was held on the improvement of existing financing mechanisms, creation of new innovative and alternative financing mechanisms and the prospects for cooperation and possible joint projects were discussed.
