Presentations were made by companies and discussions were held on areas of mutual interest at the event attended by Azerbaijani and Ukrainian businesspeople.

A round table was organized at the “Baku SME House” within the framework of the Ukraine–Azerbaijan Business Council by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA). At the event, held in a hybrid format, cooperation opportunities between the Azerbaijani and Ukrainian business communities, areas of mutual interest, and the development of “B2B” relations were discussed.

At the event, speeches were delivered by Rufat Atakishiyev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KOBİA; Anna Liubyma, Member of the Council of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Director of the Directorate for International Cooperation; Shabnam Allahverdiyeva, Adviser to the Executive Director of AZPROMO; Shahin Yusifov, Co-Chair of the Ukraine–Azerbaijan Business Council from the Azerbaijani side; and Jalal Huseynov, Deputy Chair from the Ukrainian side. In the speeches, the importance of establishing direct contacts between Azerbaijani and Ukrainian entrepreneurs, assessing new opportunities in the fields of trade and investment, as well as expanding business cooperation aimed at practical results was emphasized. It was noted that organizing such meetings between foreign delegations and local entrepreneurs at the “Baku SME House” has already become a tradition, and that this format is a useful platform for entrepreneurs in terms of studying market opportunities, finding partners, and identifying specific areas of cooperation.

Companies operating in such fields as the food industry, logistics and cargo transportation, agriculture, tourism, construction, and others participated in the round table.

Within the framework of the event, presentations of Azerbaijani and Ukrainian companies were heard, an exchange of views was held on areas of mutual interest, and “B2B” meetings were conducted.
