A Meeting with Entrepreneurs Held in Yevlakh District

During the meeting, entrepreneurs were informed about the employment of foreign nationals and the legal requirements governing this area.

A meeting dedicated to the employment of foreign citizens and the corresponding legislative requirements was held in the Yevlakh district with the organizational support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and at the initiative of the State Migration Service. Representatives of the relevant government institutions and nearly 40 entrepreneurs took part in the event.

At the meeting, the State Migration Service provided information on the main directions of state policy in the field of migration and the requirements of the legislation. Entrepreneurs were briefed on the procedures for registering foreigners and stateless persons at their place of stay, extending their temporary stay in the Republic of Azerbaijan, granting temporary or permanent residence permits, and issuing work permits enabling them to engage in paid employment within the country.
