A meeting was held with entrepreneurs in Pirallahi region 15.07.25

At the meeting organized within the framework of state-entrepreneur cooperation, the realization of the region's business potential through the use of state support instruments was discussed.

A meeting with entrepreneurs operating in the region was held with the organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) and the support of the Pirallahi Region Executive Authority. The event was attended by more than 80 entrepreneurs operating in the fields of industry, tourism, public catering, and retail trade, as well as representatives of state institutions.

Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), Orkhan Mammadov, and Head of the Pirallahi Region Executive Authority, Vasif Imanov, provided information on state support instruments aimed at promoting entrepreneurial activity, creating a favorable business environment, and realizing existing opportunities in the region. It was noted that the Pirallahi Industrial Park, established in 2016, offers special opportunities for the development of the non-oil sector, particularly for expanding entrepreneurship in the fields of industry and pharmaceuticals. The incentives and infrastructure provided by the industrial park are crucial for establishing production facilities in the industrial sector. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to invest in innovative and competitive production aligned with modern challenges. At the same time, businesses operating in the district should explore opportunities for cooperation with enterprises based in the industrial park.

It is important to conduct market research when establishing new production and service sectors in the region, as well as when expanding activities in these areas. Entrepreneurs being open to networking and joint initiatives is significant in terms of cooperation and establishing new partnerships. For information on innovations in the business sector, state support instruments, coordination, and consulting services, entrepreneurs can apply to KOBIA’s SME Friend offices.

Within the framework of the event, the opinions and suggestions of entrepreneurs regarding access to finance, placement of advertisements in the public catering sector, support for the cultivation of various seafood products, and other related matters were heard, relevant issues were discussed, and their questions were answered.

Additionally, KOBIA representatives visited the syringe production facility of "Diamed Co" LLC operating in the Pirallahi Industrial Park and exchanged views with the entrepreneur regarding the production process.
