Within the framework of the project, various trainings, masterclasses, business meetings, and social activities are planned with the aim of enhancing women entrepreneurs’ knowledge and skills in business and expanding their professional networks.
The “Women Entrepreneurs in Successful Partnership” project has been relaunched through the joint organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), Marsol Group, and the National Association of Businessmen’s Society (ICMA).
An event held at the Baku SME House brought together women entrepreneurs and representatives of the partner organizations supporting the implementation of the project.
During the event, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of KOBIA’s Management Board, and Tural Mustafayev, Chairman of the Management Board of ICMA and founder of Marsol Group, delivered speeches and provided detailed information on measures supporting the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, private-sector initiatives in this field, and the project itself. It was noted that the project now being held for the third consecutive year aims to increase women entrepreneurs’ engagement in economic and social life and to strengthen business ties among them. This year’s program will involve more than 100 women entrepreneurs representing various sectors. As part of the project, a wide range of activities will be organized, including trainings, seminars and masterclasses on different topics, business networking meetings, office and production site visits, and social initiatives.
As part of the event, videos about the project were screened, and the views of this year’s project partners were also heard.
Women entrepreneurs participating in the event familiarized themselves with the operations of the Baku SME House and the services provided to entrepreneurs there.
It should be noted that the “Women Entrepreneurs in Successful Partnership” project has been implemented since 2024. “Kapital Bank”, “Məlhəm Beynəlxalq Hospital”, “Corian Baku”, “Ətirşah Parfüm”, “Gizli Bahçe” Restaurant, and “Moon Group” are among this year’s partners and supporters. The project is expected to be completed in March this year.
