The authorized institution responsible for issuing the “SME Cluster Company” and “SME Cluster Participant” certificates is the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA).
In order to establish an SME cluster company, a commercial legal entity must submit a relevant application, together with the required supporting documents, to KOBİA in written or electronic form.
Entrepreneurs may obtain detailed information on clustering, state support for the establishment of SME clusters, available incentives, as well as the documents required to obtain the SME Cluster Company and SME Cluster Participant certificates, by contacting KOBİA 131 Call Center.
