Training with the first group of the "My School" project participants, arranged with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), is over.

As part of the project jointly implemented by the State Employment Agency and the United Aid for Azerbaijan (UAFA) Organization, the SMBDA’s Baku SMB Development Center performed classes on business organization, tax reporting, time management, and communication skills for the participants.

Using consulting services, the project participants who had successfully passed the training developed business plans and moved up to the next stage. At this stage, as part of the self-employment program, participants will be supported in establishing a preschool education center. As part of the project, regular pieces of training will be held, and consulting services provided to women entrepreneurs wishing to start their businesses.

In the coming days, new pieces of training will be arranged, and consulting services provided for the next groups of the “My School” project.
