On July 22, the Baku SME Development Center (KOBİM) will hold a training on "Basics of public procurement".


The following topics will be discussed in the training:


- Explanation of the existing legislation in the field of public procurement and the changes made to it;

- Participation of SMEs in public procurement;

- Organization of electronic purchases;

- State procurement methods and their application conditions;

- Preparation of the basic conditions and a set of documents for the tender;

- Management of contracts;

- Educating procurement specialists and increasing their practical knowledge.
