Training on "Securities issuance and Stock Exchange listing" has been held 14.09.21

On September 14, the Central Bank, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), the Baku Stock Exchange, and “AzFinance” investment company held an online training on "Securities issuance and Stock Exchange listing" for small and medium enterprises.

The main goal of the event is to provide local companies with alternative financing methods and share international experience in this area. During the training, employees of the Central Bank, the Baku Stock Exchange, and “AzFinance” Investment Company provided general information on the capital market, highlighted in detail the issues of issuing securities, the procedure for their listing on the stock exchange, and the Listing Advisory Program.

Note that the Baku Stock Exchange, together with partner investment companies and the SMBDA, regularly arranges free pieces of training to raise awareness of the capital market, inculcate the practice of issuing securities in the local business environment, and promote listing on the stock exchange.
