Training for the Gusar tourism enterprises has started

Training has started for the management and personnel of the Gusar tourism enterprises as part of the program “Improving the human resources of tourism enterprises operating in the Guba-Khachmaz economic region”, arranged by the Khachmaz SMB Development Center of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) with the support of the State Tourism Agency’s Guba Destination Management Organization. 

 

The training is aimed at improving the level of preparedness of tourist facilities operating in the Guba-Khachmaz economic region, which has great tourism potential, for the summer tourist season, and supporting the development of human resources in the tourism sector. 

 

Two-week training will be held at tourist facilities in small groups according to the pandemic rules. At the training comprising theoretical and practical parts, professional experts from the Khachmaz SMBDC will give classes on the topics of communication with customers, hospitality, offering menus, responding to customer complaints, types of customers and working with them, arranging internal tours, guiding systems, monitoring food sales in the arrangement of hotel service, etc.

 

Participants who successfully completed the training will be awarded certificates.
