On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the team of the Agency paid a visit to the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor. The dear memory of the national leader was honored and a wreath was laid on his grave.
