A meeting was held in Baku between Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), and Boris Titov, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.


Discussions on the protection of SMEs' rights and KOBİA’s support systems in this regard took place throughout the meeting.
