Business entities successfully completing the training program "Learn and Change" of the model enterprise were awarded with the certificates.

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) presented certificates to companies successfully completed the initial phase of the training program "Learn and Change" which was conducted at the SMB Model Enterprise located at the Azerbaijan Technical University.

The companies operating in various sectors, including those specializing in workin clothes, medical equipment, lighting systems, saffron, metal production, and engineering services the training program benefited from the training program.These companies have undergone training aimed at enhancing the productivity of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and reducing extra costs. The training sessions were led by specialists from Turkiye specializing in the sector of model enterprises.Furthermore, the specialists also conducted on-site monitoring at enterprises to identify and prevent inefficiencies in the production process, with the results subsequently presented to the companies. 

These training sessions were provided free of charge, funded by the state support facilitated by KOBİA.

KOBİA and trainers invited from Turkiye provided insights into the workings, objectives, and advantages of the training during the event commemorating the conclusion of the initial phase of the training program "Learn and Change" at the SMB Model Enterprise. The representatives of the company who have successfully completed the program made the presentations and noted that the methods taught at the model enterprise and applied in the production process are useful for improving productivity and efficiency at their enterprises.
