In order to foster business relations between Turkic states and local SMEs, and to expand export opportunities, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) is participating in the exhibition with a dedicated stand.
The 2nd Turkic Trade Fair and Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum of Turkic States is currently taking place at the Baku Expo Center. The event has been organized to promote business development by strengthening cooperation in trade, investment, and technology among Turkic states, establishing new business partnerships, and expanding sales opportunities. Alongside Azerbaijan, companies from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkiye, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are showcasing their products and services at the exhibition.
The forum and exhibition are being held in partnership with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) and the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, and are organized by the Association of Small and Medium Business Entities and Clubs (KOBSKA) and Turkiye’s Rok Expo company.
To support micro and small business entities, KOBIA is represented at the fair with a special stand. The agency’s stand features handicrafts from nearly ten SME representatives, including ceramic art reflecting the monuments of Karabakh, logic games, non-alcoholic beverages, perfumes, textile products, garden and home decor items, hygiene products, butter, and more. The stand also highlights products created by individuals from socially vulnerable groups. The aim is to assist local SMEs in accessing foreign markets—particularly those of the Turkic states—and to support the establishment and expansion of their business relations with relevant countries.
It should be noted that the forum and exhibition will continue until June 12. The forum will host panel discussions on topics such as "The Economy of Turkic States," "Agricultural Trade and Opportunities in Turkic States," "Arbitration and Mediation in Resolving Commercial Disputes," "Digital Trade in Turkic States," "Summit of Businesswomen of the Turkic World," "Academic Directions," "Startups and Investments," and "The Power of Media in the Turkic World."
The exhibition section features products and advanced technologies across nearly 35 sectors, including trade, energy, green economy, tourism, digitalization, and more.
