The Government Address event was held as part of the World Net Summit online conference.

Elmir Valizadeh, Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vilius Sapko, Lithuanian Minister of Finance, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, BP's Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey Regional Relations, Foreign Affairs and Strategy Vice President Bakhtiyar Aslanbeyli and Director of the e-Government Development Center Fariz Jafarov spoke.

In his speech, Chairman of the Board of SMBDA, Orkhan Mammadov said that one of the main activities of the Agency is to provide SMBs with access to knowledge and technology and informed about the startup certificate. In his speech, Orkhan Mammadov also spoke about the financial and economic support provided by the state to SMBs affected by the pandemic.

The World Net Summit online conference is organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, UNDP, SUP VC and Innoland Incubation and Acceleration Center, with the general sponsorship of BP and Net Summit LLC. In general, the 8-phase World, consisting of Startup Academy, Monex Summit, Government Address, Baku E-Trade Forum, Maintech Forum, Venture Summit, Corporate Innovation Forum, Influencer Summit. The Net Summit will feature more than 50 speakers from 15 countries.
