The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) was represented at the 6th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Serbia held today in Baku.

 

In his speech at the meeting, the chairman of the SMBDA Board Orkhan Mammadov provided information on the Agency’s activity, stressed the potential for creating joint ventures and implementing joint projects with the participation of Azerbaijani and Serbian businessmen, and noted that the business forum arranged within the framework of the commission is a favorable platform to build effective partnership between the business communities. It was also noted that the Agency is studying the best foreign practice in support and services to SMBs and is interested in cooperation with the Serbian Development Agency in this area.
