"SMB FEST" exhibition-sale fair is underway in Khachmaz 25.10.24

During the past period of 2024, 8 "SMB FEST" exhibition-sale fair have been organized with the participation of over 330 SMB entities.

“KOB FEST" exhibition -sale fair, organized in the country's regions to promote and to expand the sales opportunities of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises' products and services, is underway this time in Khachmaz region. The fair organized by Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) in the territory of Victory Park features products and services from about 60 SMBs from Khachmaz and nearby cities and regions. Agricultural and industrial products, flour products, textiles, soft drinks, souvenirs, beekeeping products, and handicrafts by artisans and creative individuals predominate among the products showcased by SMBs at the fair.

At the opening ceremony of the fair, Anar Orujlu, the First Deputy Head of the Khachmaz District Executive Authority, and Samir Humbatov, the Deputy Chairman of KOBİA's Management Board, provided information about the opportunities for entrepreneurial activities in the region, state support measures for establishing and developing businesses, and emphasized the importance of such events for the sale of products from local entrepreneurs and the establishment of new business collaborations.

A cultural and entertainment program has also been organized as part of the "KOB FEST." The exhibition-sale fair will be open every day from 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m until October 27.

It worth noting that the "SMB FEST" exhibition - sale fair held in the Khachmaz region is the eighth event. Previously, "KOB FEST" fairs have been organized in Baku, Goygol, Sheki, Ganja, Masally, Nakhchivan, and Zaqatala. In total, these fairs have supported the promotion, sale, and establishment of new business connections for nearly 330 SMB entities.
