Khachmaz SMB Development Center of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) organized individual consulting services on “Corporate Law” for micro, small and medium enterprises.

Two-day consulting services were mainly used by SMBs of the Guba, Khachmaz and Shabran regions of Azerbaijan. They were provided with consulting services on business law, employment law, guidelines on electronic application to establish an LLC, the transition from entrepreneurship to LLC and other topics.
