Seminar of the graduates of the joint Germany-Azerbaijan Program held 15.03.23

527 entrepreneurs and managers have benefited from the "Joint German-Azerbaijani Program for professional development of managers in the business community of Azerbaijan".

A "FollowUp" seminar was held for the graduates of the "Joint Germany-Azerbaijani Program on Professional Development Managers in the Business Community of Azerbaijan" for the years 2019-2022. Some 70 entrepreneurs and managers who graduated from the program at different times took part in the event organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), which is the coordinator of the program on the part of Azerbaijan.

At the seminar, representatives of the German Embassy in Azerbaijan, the German-Azerbaijan Chamber of Foreign Trade, the coordinator of the German program, which is on a visit to our country, GİZ, and "AHP International" Training Center of Germany provided information about the implementation of the program in Azerbaijan, the survey carried out by KOBİA in this field, and the successful business relations of Azerbaijani managers with German companies as part of the program.

Moreover, the graduates of the program were introduced the activities of the production facility of "Crispa Snacks" LLC, which was founded by an alumnus of the program who completed a professional training course in Hamburg in 2019. The entrepreneur shared his insights on the role of the program in the development and successful operation of his business with the graduates.

It is worth highlighting that in 2009-2022, 527 entrepreneurs and managers benefited from the "Joint German-Azerbaijani Program for Professional Development of Managers in the Business Community of Azerbaijan" and completed a professional development course on economic cooperation in Germany.

Currently, preparatory training is being held for 20 entrepreneurs and managers who will benefit from the program in 2023.
