SMB House in Khachmaz uses an electronic system to measure the level of satisfaction of entrepreneurs with the services provided, the level of satisfaction with each service is measured as soon as the service is provided on the spot.

SMB House in Khachmaz has been operating since February of this year, and provided circa 300 state ("G2B") and business-to-business (B2B) services to entrepreneurs through 25 service windows in a single space. To date, SMB House in Khachmaz has provided more than 4,500 services to entrepreneurs. Provision of services to entrepreneurs in a single space reduces time and operational costs.
