Requests of entrepreneurs have been resolved positively

The problem of gas supply for eight poultry farms in the village of Beshdam in Siyazan region has been solved positively with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA).

Entrepreneurs who participated in an online awareness event organized by SMBDA requested support to resolve the problem ofgas supply in poultry farms.

Following the online awareness event, a collective request of entrepreneurs was taken under control by "Azerigaz" OSC, and an operational team to investigate the matter has been sent to Siyazan. After the investigation involving the participation of "SMB Friend" of SMBDA in Siyazan, a part of fines imposed on entrepreneurs due to technical problems in gas supply has been annulled, and suspended gas supply was restored in farms.

Note that one of the main areas of activity of SMBDA is to protect the interests of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs. In this regard, the Agency acts as a bridge between government agencies and entrepreneurs and supports the solution of arising problems within the public-private partnership platform.
