Discussions were held between representatives of KOBİA and the Asian Development Bank on the expansion of cooperation in the SME field and the implementation of joint projects aimed at the development of entrepreneurship.
Leah Gutierrez, Director General of the Central and West Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank, the Bank’s Country Director Sunniya Durrani-Jamal, and the delegation, who are on a visit to our country, familiarized themselves with the activities of the “Baku SME House”.
Representatives of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and the “Baku SME House” provided the guests with detailed information about the SME House model, which is a business service center providing services to business in a single space, as well as about the “G2B” and “B2B” services provided here to business entities. An exchange of views was held with the Bank’s representatives on the process of providing services to entrepreneurs by state and private institutions and on the role of SME Houses in this field, and their questions were answered.
Within the framework of familiarization with the SME House, discussions were also held between representatives of KOBİA and the Asian Development Bank on the expansion of cooperation in the SME field and on the implementation of joint projects aimed at the development of entrepreneurship.
