Preliminary training for the "Karabakh SMEs 2024" program has been completed

The project encompasses 70 families of martyrs, war veterans, and their family members.

The initial phase of the "Karabakh SMEs 2024" program, implemented through the joint partnership of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the "Development Corporation" JSC, and the National Education Technology Center, with the financial support of "PASHA Holding," has been completed.

In total, 70 citizens have been involved in the project implemented to support the improvement of the social welfare and employment of families of martyrs, war veterans, and their family members. Theoretical and practical training sessions have been organized by KOBİA for them in Baku, Ganja, Barda, Goranboy, Lachin, and Fuzuli.

The training sessions mainly covered topics such as marketing, financial management, business plan development, sales, social media marketing, and human resource management. For the following phase, it is planned to involve project participants in vocational training organized by the State Employment Agency as part of the self-employment program and to provide them with equipment.
