Participants of the Women’s Leadership Summer School visited the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA).

During the meeting, young potential female entrepreneurs from various cities and regions of the country were provided with extensive information on the activity of SMBDA and measures envisaged to support and encourage women’s entrepreneurial activity as well as received answers to their questions regarding the establishment and development of business.

Participants of the Women’s Leadership Summer School, organized by the ‘Ganja Regional Women’s Center’ Public Union, expressed an interest in entrepreneurial activity and indicated their willingness to contact SMBDA and the regional ‘Friends of SMB’ network with their relevant questions to receive appropriate information, consultations, coordination, and other services as well as necessary support.

It should be noted that several participants of the Women’s Leadership Summer School will display their products at the trade show to be organized jointly by SMBDA and GIZ in Naftalan on 26 September.
