Opportunities for cooperation with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the field of SMB were discussed 28.01.20

A meeting was held with the delegation led by Joao Pedro Farinha, the chief economist of the Central and West Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank, at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The meeting provided information on the measures to develop small and medium businesses in our country and discussed opportunities for cooperation with SMBDA within the new Partnership Strategy for Azerbaijan of Asian Development Bank. Furthermore, the parties at the meeting exchanged views on the improvement of knowledge and skills of SMBs, expansion of access to financial resources and markets, perspectives of cooperation on development of public-private partnership projects and other areas of mutual interest, as well as projects.
