New facilities established in the village of Agali as part of the self-employment program 02.11.22

Six more Agali residents of Zangilan region were involved in the self-employment program in the field of production and service and were provided with the necessary equipment.

Assets and equipment were given to Sahil Mahmudov and Natig Mahmudov for a butcher, Anar Mammadov for a barber shop, Elnur Zeynalov for a small blacksmith shop, Elman Zeynalov for a car locksmith, and Tunzala Orucova for a beauty salon. With this, as part of the self-employment program for up to 10 residents facilities have been established in the village.

A media tour was organized to the village of Agali for the process of distribution of assets and visual familiarization with the established small facilities. Journalists were informed about the work done to support the employment of Agali residents.

Involvement of Agali residents in the self-employment program is carried out by the joint organization of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the Agrarian Services Agency and the Special representation of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Zangilan district, which is included in the East Zangezur economic region.

At the initial stage, business trainings are organized for them, participants are given information about entrepreneurial activities and relevant support mechanisms. Later, program participants are supported to establish their small facilities.
