More than 99 thousand services provided to entrepreneurs at the SMB houses in Q1 of current year 09.04.24

Entrepreneurs have applied to the SMB houses mainly for necessary documents for business activity, tax and customs issues, and utility services.

In January-March of this year, entrepreneurs have been provided with more than 99 thousand services at the SMB houses. More than 80 thousand services have been provided by "Baku SMB House", around 15 thousand by "Yevlakh SMB House", while more than 4 thousand by "Khachmaz SMB House".

Around 91 thousand services provided at SMB houses have been rendered by the state institutions ("G2B"), while nearly 9 thousand thereof have been delivered by business institutions ("B2B"). The entrepreneurs have applied to the SMB houses mainly for obtaining licences and permits required for the business activity, permit blank for carrying out transportation, mark of distinction, tachygraphy cards and other documents, tax and customs issues, utilities and other payments, and business loan.

The level of satisfaction of entrepreneurs from services provided at the SMB houses is 98%.

Note that the SMB houses are included in the structure of the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA). Currently, three SMB houses are operating in Baku, Khachmaz and Yevlakh cities. More than 300 "G2B" and "B2B" services necessary for entrepreneurial activity are provided by 52 state and private institutions in total at the SMB houses. The works in the direction of creation of the SMB houses in other major cities and regions of the country are underway.
