Entrepreneurs most frequently applied to SME Houses regarding documents required for business activities and tax-related matters.
In 2025, a total of 543,033 services were delivered to entrepreneurs at SME Houses, which provide services in a single location. Of these services, nearly 327,000 were delivered by the Baku SME House, more than 131,000 by the Yevlakh SME House, around 18,000 by the Khachmaz SME House, and over 67,000 by the service center of the Khachmaz SME House located in the “Food City” Agropark.
Of the services provided to entrepreneurs at SME Houses, nearly 496,000 were delivered by state institutions (“G2B”), while more than 47,000 were provided by business entities (“B2B”).
Entrepreneurs most commonly applied to SME Houses for permits for cargo transportation, distinguishing marks, certificates of origin, tax registration of individuals and other tax-related matters, as well as customs, utility, and banking services.
The level of satisfaction among entrepreneurs with the services provided at SME Houses amounted to 98%.
It should be noted that SME Houses operate under the structure of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA). Overall, SME Houses provide more than 400 G2B and B2B services essential for entrepreneurial activity through over 50 state and private institutions.
