The document will support the development of business relations between SME entities of Azerbaijan and entrepreneurs of the countries of the Turkish world.
For the purpose of strengthening cooperation between SME entities of Azerbaijan and business circles of the countries of the Turkish world, expanding investment and trade relations, and also increasing partnership opportunities between business entities, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation has been signed between the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and the Turkish Trade Center.
The document was signed by Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA, and Yılmaz Okuklu, Director of "Okuklu Holding", on behalf of the Turkish Trade Center.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides for support for the establishment of direct relations between SME entities of Azerbaijan and entrepreneurs from Turkish states, and also for the identification of potential partners. The document also reflects opportunities for the organization of joint business and awareness-raising events that will contribute to the development of relations among business people, and for the implementation of reciprocal visits of business delegations, trade missions and experts. It is also planned to conduct exchange of information on exhibitions, fairs and forums held in Azerbaijan and the Turkish states, and also on cooperation opportunities in the fields of investment, trade and industry, and to promote the participation of entrepreneurs in the relevant events.
Representatives of KOBİA also became acquainted with the Turkish Trade Center and the exhibition organized at the center.
