Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with Murad Gadylshin, the new permanent representative of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation in Azerbaijan.


The meeting attended by Ruslan Mirsayapov, the Russian Trade Representative in Azerbaijan discussed the possibility of enhancing collaboration between SMEs from Azerbaijan and Tatarstan.
