Samad Bashirli, Deputy Minister of Economy and Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) met with Yusif Jabbarov, CEO of "NEQSOL" Holding. As part of the meeting, the entrepreneur was awarded the "Taraggi" medal.
