Entrepreneurs must choose the legal form of the business before starting their activity. There are two main options here. The first is as an individual entrepreneur. In this case, the business is registered in your own name. You earn income, but the risk is also yours. You are liable even with your personal property. The second is a Limited Liability Company, or LLC for short. In this case, your risk is limited only to the amount of capital invested by you. That is, your personal property is protected. When starting entrepreneurial activity, the most commonly chosen legal form is precisely the LLC form. Along with this, other organizational and legal forms of a legal entity may also be used.
