The Azerbaijan-Lithuania Business Forum was held in Baku with the participation of President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda.


During the event, a number of documents were signed between the two countries, including a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and the Lithuanian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov and the Director General of the Association Gedre Rajiskinee.


The memorandum envisages the promotion of trade and investment cooperation between small and medium enterprises of the two countries, mutual information on innovations in the field of entrepreneurship, exchange of experience in providing services to SMEs, organization of seminars, exhibitions and other promotional events.
